How do I register my property?

The following steps will be strictly followed when registering your property:
* Both the Buyer and Seller must be there at registration office
* The price must be decided between buyer and seller before going to the registration office
* They must have 2 evidences along, at the registration office
* All of them must have original CNIC’s
* Registration fee will be calculated on the bases of land area
* They must have stamp paper on the name of seller
* Town fee will also be included if your land is in the range of 200km of cantonment area
* Bank Challan of the entire total amount will be deposit to Stat Bank of Pakistan

What You Need to Know

  • Both the buyer and seller must have to decide the final price of land before going to Registration Office.
